I'm officially using Windows Vista yay!!

no more tranformation pack and fake stuff! the real solid Windows Vista : Home Basic Edition

aka the cheapest wan ....doesnt have the Aero effects! :( oh well at least it's still an ori copy of Windows!

even tho it doesnt have Aero it's still super cool...security has really updated on this OS

oh btw Aero is the thingy tht allows u to view ur open windows sideways...the main cool thing abt the diff...

the sidebar is kinda annoyin tho...dun like..

oh ya those plannin to use vista ...go for 2G ram!! mine's 1G and im using the lousiest version and it's nt vry vry vry fast...those using ultimate version mus be using a really lot of ram...

mus plan to buy WindowsReadyBoost thumbdrive d ai...

...now goin to continue exploring Vista! woopee!!...

oh it took abt 5 hrs to upgrade to it...*yawn* and u must be by the com....!!! :s

dl the PC lock...and read the instructions and tada....u can lock ur com...ya it says only for pendrive i.ve tried it on my kingston...works fine...

u plug in ur thumbdrive move the application to ur thumbdrive and run it from there....simply unplug it frm com wen u walk away^ den plug it back wen ur back
^make sure ur not runnin anythin frm d thumbdrive ...else...yikes....

it will automatically lock ur com waitin for u to plug in the "key" or there is a timer countdown...lets say u set 5 min...d counter will den release ur com after 5 min....or simply turn of ur com power?:P

try it if ur free...kinda interestin!

a horrifying experience

survived without using the internet for two whole days..pheew....sun night internet go disconnected...mon called to report....then said must wait....wait for two days!! *^#&%#@$!!!!* ...TM TM....so disappointed...and we're payin for their "services"....sigh...at least now d line's back...wht horrifying experience ...so dependent on the net...ooo...slept too early last few days..no internet :(

after waitin PATIENTLY for 3 hrs i got my Vista.ORIGINAL VISTA BUSINESS EDITION...free la...minus havin to buy d RM30 campus launch t-shirt...heh....MMU has dis Vista launch in Melaka and only IT students get to have it...yay....

oh ya some guy won a Vista Ultimate(RM 1700?) durin d launch quiz... :(

way cool flash drives

ever heard of a u3 or windows ready boost flash drive?well they're super great flash drives...

u3 flash drives are simply flash drives which can be use like a hard drive...u can store programs on it....and use it on a computer which doesnt haven tht particular program...changes ur wallpaper to the one on ur personal pc too!

i suggest dl n installin d base one.....standard n base too big n small respectively

windows ready boost....only for vista....increases ur RAM....for instance ur usin 1G ram...simply plug this in...configure ur vista for ready boost...n if ur ready boost flash drive is 2G...after plugin in....ta da....a 3G ram...cool eh....super duper size ur performance !!
